I’m shocked to see so many reviews saying exactly what I am experiencing!! I ordered 3 dresses in oct 2021 and have yet to receive them (5 months) They never reply but also made it clear that they will not refund my money and cancel the order. They even put on order as FULFILLED on the website account!!!
