This is the most pathetic company I have experienced in a long time, possibly ever!! I placed my order and 9 days later still no status update on shipping, it’s in their warehouse, I email another 3 times and they keep telling me to be patient. So I email really annoyed for the 5th time yesterday and they tell me today the most irritating news that the order has finally been shipped and delivery date is after eid! Honestly! I placed the order well in advance, 3 weeks before eid! My email today was asking for a refund and I don’t want their items because it can not possibly get to me in time, so the do the exact opposite and ship the package!! I don’t know what is wrong with them! Not to mention that shipping cost $70! Literally the most ridiculous company I have dealt with so far!
