Worst Customer Service and Incorrect Website Description.
Ordered a dress recently and chose the size based on the size chart on their website which mentioned a 106 cm bust but when the dress arrived it was 115 cm. It was so large my wife couldn't wear it and when we contacted them they took no responsibility and told me the only option was to pay two more shipping fees (twice the price of the dress) to exchange for another size. Worst customer service ever.
