I ordered a dress and it did not come as it was looked in the post, so I request an exchange for it. I shipped the dress back for 22 dollars and waited for the next one to arrive. It arrived today. It took weeks for you to process the return and ship the second dress to me. However, the dress I requested was a large size, which is supposed to be US8, but the one that arrived is US4.
I already paid one shipping fee and even picked a cheaper dress to exchange. Now I can not reach any customer service to resolve my issue.
