Terrible company to deal with! I ordered 2 dresses mid April which they claimed would arrive in time for EID. In July I *finally* received one dress but have yet to receive the other 5 months later! To add insult to injury they emailed asking if I would like a refund to respond to their email and the credit would show up in 3 - 10 business days. I responded to this email a MONTH AGO with no refund to this date!
They claim they are backlogged due to covid and moving to a new factory. If you can't fulfill your orders, stop taking orders!!! This is ludicrous!
Also, there have been people ordering dresses at a later date that have received there's before people that have been waiting months and months.
In addition, they are now sensoring their Facebook page and deleting any negative comments. This is so wrong and offers no transparency to the shady business practices of this woman and her company. It's such a shame as the values behind her company are good - but her morals and ethics are questionable.
To rub salt on the wound of many hundreds of customers, the owner keeps making videos of herself parading around in her outfits pushing promotions DAILY but doesn't help her customers. One song even used the N* word in it and was so absolutely revolting. Later she posted a whiny video how her customers need to learn patience and her name is being dragged through the mud and the hurtful, demanding posts people are making on her social media? How about you, Anna? How have you hurt people that you stole money from and ladies not getting dresses in time for their events?
