Regarding Invoice #US77356, ordered June 24, 2020
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This is soo disappointing. I really loved this company and purchased 4 amazing dresses from them last year. I am a Christian living in Canada and modest dresses are hard to find. I don't like shopping overseas but Annah Hariri delivered beautiful, good quality dresses in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, as soon as Covid-19 hit, this company forgot about its customers. Judging by the comments, other people have had the same experience as me. I paid extra to receive my order faster...but after 2 months of waiting for an update or anything information from them for that matter...I contacted them. It should have been the other way around. I will include my correspondence down below. It just seems fishy to me. They can't ship me my order from June but they can take a new order from me and they are still making promises to deliver the dresses on time. HUH?! This is a scam. No one is answering my questions or being truthful about the situation. If they can't ship to Canada due to Covid-19, that is fine. But that just doesn't seem to be the case here or they still wouldn't be taking orders!! Frustrating beyond belief. It's wonderful that other people are receiving their dresses, but you asked me to cancel my order because of Covid-19. Liar Liar.....

Please note that once a refund has been completed from ANNAH HARIRI side, the time it can take to appear in your bank account will depend on your bank's policy. Because of COVID, when we refund your money, funds may take up to 15-25 business days to appear in your account once a refund has been issued.

Extremely disappointed in Annah Hariri. I expected an honest company and good moral values from a Muslim company.
