I've had nothing short of a brilliant online + phone consult experience in helping choose and buying the product of choice. I live in a different state (NSW) and called in VIC store to inquire about the product. The sales executive was a calm and took time to understand my requirements and went on to suggest the best product. He also bundled the products as to achieve a price point, that was not only compelling but, unbeatable compared to other baby website pan-Australia!
I would buy from them, in a heartbeat. Again.
