Although the product was lovely and delivered in a timely manner, I was upset at the fact that I was contacted after my order was placed requesting more money for postage even though when checking out I had already paid 9-10$ for postage of a bulky item. This is really unprofessional to basically charge someone twice for postage of bulky items especially considering a great deal of the items sold on this site are bulky items.
