I placed an order for a pair of replacement wheels for my pram a few days ago, they arrived very quickly, however there was a picking error and I received the Joolz Geo2 wheel, instead of the Joolz Geo wheel. I contacted Anstel Brands via the website last night requesting to swap them over. Hayden responded to me first thing this morning and offered to have someone deliver the correct wheel to me today. It is midday, and I now have the correct wheels, the staff at Anstel Brands were so helpful and accommodating and just pleasant to deal with! Inevitably, human error occurs, it's how a company corrects it that matters. Thank you so much Anstel Brands, I will certainly be back.
