I had cause to call Anstel on three occasions in the past two months (ordering replacement parts for Cybex). The customer service provided was exemplary and unexpected considering how large the Anstel company is. I do not recall who I spoke to in February but have recently been communicating with Hayden from the Anstel Web Team. With the steady decline in what is expected from customer service within large companies this was a welcome surprise. I'd encourage anyone who has a enquiry about a Anstel stocked item to give them a call and I'm sure they can help.
