I purchased a Bumprider which always seemed to be hard to roll. At 12 months it was unuasable. I contacted baby kingdom where I purchased who forwarded to anstel brands who in turn sent me a lovely email with a solution. I found the customer service a lovely surprise, sadly good customer service is now rare. I highly recommend this company they stand behind the products they sell and after service has been terrific.
