Working with Answering Legal was the best option at the time. They're an excellent option for a law firm looking to scale their operations but are somewhere in the no man's land of having too much volume to answer the phones themselves and not being able to hire a FT receptionist. I highly recommend Rob and his team. They always answer the phones, in virtually any language, send great emails summarizing the conversations and exercise great discretion in knowing when to forward emergency calls to the managing attorney.
