Service is very efficient, friendly and helpful. Many callers think they are talking directly to my personal secretary. Gives me the freedom to be away, on the road, etc. without worrying about missing calls, etc. The immediate text message is also a huge bonus. Callers are amazed how fast I respond to their calls. The only negative is that sometimes the phone number I receive is wrong and some callers complain later that no one picked up the phone.
