I have been pleasantly surprised with Answering Legal. I had used two similar services in the past and both experiences were horrible. I knew I needed the service again, but I really hesitated this time because of prior experiences. But my dealings with Answering Legal have been great. The owner has talked to me directly about their services and how to make them match our needs, and then they had delivered on what they promised. I highly recommend them.
