The operator will send an immediate text as to messages, which saves me time, lets me know immediately if it is an emergency or if it can wait, I can immediately text the caller to tell them when I would call them back, and the caller has a better experience than simply getting a voicemail. Although voicemail costs me nothing, the cost of Answering Legal service has been well worthwhile in terms of time saved, efficiencies gained, and customer experience. For a small law firm it is definitely a superior experience than working with frustrating voicemail systems and Answer Legal has done a great job answering and relaying calls for us.
