I have used this answering service for almost ten (10) years, and they have been a great asset to my business. They listen carefully to the caller, get client's names correct and take alot of information. They forward names and phone numbers via email and text which saves me alot of time. They are very good at knowing when an important call comes in and when to forward the call. They are a key part of maintaining a busy law practice!
