I am in the first month of service with Answering Legal. I switched from ReceptionHQ.
Pros: The intake and call answering is highly customizable. Answering Legal team is very responsive to requests. Receptionists are very professional and accurately take down information. Ability to connect with Calendly scheduling tool, with the AL receptionists scheduling multiple appointment types.
Cons: The cost is quite a bit higher than my prior answering service, but based on the service provided by AL, it is well worth the increased cost.
