Saanut 1/5 tähteä Absolutely garbage customer service… Absolutely garbage customer service with copy and paste answers. I sent them a return with a trackable link to Netherlands to the address they gave to me from Customer Service and I could see it reached Netherlands. When I contacted them, they said they cannot get the parcel and from there onwards they did not help me once single bit. I paid for the return myself and it cost me a lot of money and they were so unhelpful. Please DO NOT BELIEVE their European returns policy - it does not work and they will not help if you have any problems. They told me they would be in contact with me in 24-48 hours, but no one contacted me in over 96 hours and I had to contact them myself and even then they did not help me and just gave me copy and paste answers. This is the worst experience I have had with a company in many many years online shopping and I have to warn you - only order if you will keep everything! You cannot return and they will not help you, even if you have proof of your return and can track it. I lost so much money, almost 50 euros in just this returns case. I am beyond in disbelief of this company and their ”service”. Please be very careful when using them in Europe!
