I ordered a pair of shoes and were sent the wrong order. I returned it and they sent me an email that a replacement was headed my way. However, it wasn’t picked up by UPS after a week so I reached out to customer service. They told me that they were sold out and asked if I wanted a refund but their website shows that they are still in stock. I ended up getting a refund and I’m planning on ordering from somewhere else because this is just ridiculous. This whole company is so unorganized.
