Poor quality and chipped merchandise. But the worst part is the ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and inability to get my rightful refund. I've been jumping through hoops for almost a month trying to get my money back. Customer service agents are not problem-solvers and I believe they gave false information about the return procedures.
