Absolutely disgusting service with defective goods. My duvet cover and pillowcases arrived today with black and brown marks on it. The Grecian insense holder had chips round the base. The woman offered 10% as a partial refund. An absolute joke! I cannot return as travelling tomorrow. Please avoid this company l.
