Returned two items. One refunded quickly but three weeks on no refund for the other. I am owed £97. Finally got them to admit they received my return but have had to turn to PayPal for help now. Dreadful customer service. I will never use them again. I need the refund so I can buy something else. This company hangs into your money for dear life!
