I ordered a few items that they had on preorder. The funds from my account were withdrawn right away which is okay but then three weeks later when the items actually shipped they charged that same amount again. I wrote to them and they wrote back a generic email on how their payment process works. It has now been three weeks since the second charge was done and I wrote to them again. All I got back was the same generic email but no real solutions or explanations. I received what I ordered but got charged twice.
