I really love their products, but I really hate their shipping policies!! They have a statement that their products will ship within two weeks of order placement, but of the things I’ve ordered, products have not shopped until the 14th day-literally!! Given their shipping fees, I find this ridiculous!!! My last order still has not arrived and I made the purchase a month ago!! We do live in the 21st century; for what possible reason should it take a month for someone to revive a product shipped within the US?? Today is November 6, and one thing I can promise is that there is no way I would even consider, at this point, ordering Christmas decor or gifts!!! It doesn’t matter how cute their stuff is!! They really need to arrive at a better shipping policy!!!
