Recently I ordered an item that came as a set of three. Despite being double-boxed, one of the items was damaged in transit. Antique Farmhouse sent a complete replacement of the set at no additional charge, even though only one item was damaged. That is customer service with integrity that goes above and beyond. Kim was pleasant, courteous and friendly and quick to respond to my complaint until it reached a resolution. For top quality home decor delivered with a smile, don't go anywhere else.”
“Do not order from this company. I ordered a $200.00 coverlet. It did not fit my bed and the quality was subpar. It didn't look like the picture at all. I immediately contacted the company to return and was told it was final sale. No where does it say "final sale" on the website or on the receipt. This company scammed me and there is nothing I can do to resolve the problem. I don't know how company's can get away with this outrageous behavior. My only alternative is to warn fellow buyers of Antique Farmhouse's terrible business practices - immoral and greedy.”

“I ordered a 2x4 floor mat and when it came it looked like a piece of old linoleum. When I contacted them for a return label they told me it came from a vendor and they won't take it back.

“I purchased the vintage pie safe and was so disappointed. When it arrived it was crooked and not just the door either, the way it was built was uneven so there is no fixing it. I contacted antique farmhouse and was told they didn’t have any in stock they were sold out, so they offered me a partial refund, which I did accept since they were sold out. However I was not informed they would be restocked in just one month or I would have returned the item and purchased a replacement. I really wanted the pie safe but I don’t even like to use it for my displays because it looks crooked.”

“I ordered a vintage bench. I received the bench and it looks nothing like the picture. I knew it could be slightly different than the pic because each bench would be rustic and imperfect. However, I needed it 40" long(per description) and could do up to 5" longer to fit in the area I needed it to fit in. It is 10" longer, 1" wider. The worse part is that it dips in the middle of the bench by 1". Unable to place items on top because it is so unlevel! Wish I could return, but cannot. Wish I could contact Co. about this awful bench or even re-sell it myself but no one would buy it for $200 which is what I paid. Very unhappy customer. Almost forgot to mention, 2 of the lower part on the legs are unlevel and insect eaten. The other 2 legs have been bonded or newer wood attached and smoothed.”
