“Items take too long to ship, then they use the slowest shipping service. If something is damaged you have to reorder and that takes another 3-4 weeks to arrive. Not worth the trouble. Quality of items are not that good. I wont be ordering from them any more.”

“I ordered a 2x4 floor mat and when it came it looked like a piece of old linoleum. When I contacted them for a return label they told me it came from a vendor and they won't take it back.

“I purchased the vintage pie safe and was so disappointed. When it arrived it was crooked and not just the door either, the way it was built was uneven so there is no fixing it. I contacted antique farmhouse and was told they didn’t have any in stock they were sold out, so they offered me a partial refund, which I did accept since they were sold out. However I was not informed they would be restocked in just one month or I would have returned the item and purchased a replacement. I really wanted the pie safe but I don’t even like to use it for my displays because it looks crooked.”

“I ordered a vintage bench. I received the bench and it looks nothing like the picture. I knew it could be slightly different than the pic because each bench would be rustic and imperfect. However, I needed it 40" long(per description) and could do up to 5" longer to fit in the area I needed it to fit in. It is 10" longer, 1" wider. The worse part is that it dips in the middle of the bench by 1". Unable to place items on top because it is so unlevel! Wish I could return, but cannot. Wish I could contact Co. about this awful bench or even re-sell it myself but no one would buy it for $200 which is what I paid. Very unhappy customer. Almost forgot to mention, 2 of the lower part on the legs are unlevel and insect eaten. The other 2 legs have been bonded or newer wood attached and smoothed.”

“This company is kind of a scam. I ordered two pillow slips that were rather expensive, and they came cheap like they're out of China, and they wouldn't allow me to return. They also didn't ship the rest of my order for two weeks (the main reason I even purchased) and eventually it had to be cancelled. I was hoping this would be high quality small business farmhouse type stuff, but it's more like dropshipping.”
