“I understood when I placed the order for my canvas that it would be shipped in 15 business days and I ordered it during the holidays. Yes, 15 days is longer than I'm used to waiting, but when I made an inquiry I got a straightforward and honest answer from Jen, the customer service representative, about my shipment. When I received my canvas, it had an issue which Jen took care of promptly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from Antique Farmhouse again.”
“I ordered a cookie jar the first few days of January and still have not received it. My first inquiry after a few weeks I received an email that basically said not al companies can have prime delivery the next day. I said I understood and now weeks later still waiting. I was told it was shipped. Love the stuff just not waiting that long for anything. Starting to question the legitimacy of this company.”

“Shipping time is a huge negative!!! It’s 2023…I believe they can up their game in this area! Customer service is decent, but could only find email not phone, and the responses are hilariously scripted and condescending… “We understand your excitement to receive your order, but…”HOWEVER, if you can wait 3 weeks, the products are AMAZING and prices seem to be on par or slightly better than other retailers. I ordered 6-7 items and love every piece I received! They are all large and substantial in weight. The “found” pieces look authentic and are great for mixing a touch of old with modern. I will definitely shop there again, but very inconvenient if it’s for a gift, as stated, the shipping time reminds me of the 80’s when COD was a thing and 4-6 weeks delivery was the norm! If they would improve in this area, it would be my new go-to store and would get 5 stars!!!”
