“I have ordered several things from Antiquefarmhous.com and until today I would have given them a 5-star rating. Every item (before) was excellent in quality and exceeded my expectations. Today, however, I received two items, The first, a wreath, was SO cheaply made. It looked worse than anything you could pick up at the dollar store, and it came broken with huge chunks of greenery broken off. It was also significantly smaller than it was supposed to be. The second, a metal cake stand, was a lot cheaper looking in real life than in the pictures online, and it wasn't balanced, making it basically unusable. I will really have to think hard before I buy anything from them again.”

When I try to inquire at the site, it will not allow me to log in, change the password or any thing to check out where my item is. I will soon have to file a complaint with my bank to cancel this order if I do not get a response within 48 hours.”
“I actually haven’t ordered from them but I absolutely LOVE the items they post. However, they only post 1 picture of each item - which is pretty absurd in a world where taking pictures and transferring them is extremely easy. I’d be okay with the 1 picture option is the return policy was lenient but it’s not. I just don’t feel comfortable buying items that show 1 picture and not being able to easily return them, if needed. I hope more pictures can start being added so that I can feel confident in purchasing the many items I’ve had my eye on!”
“I really love their products, but I really hate their shipping policies!! They have a statement that their products will ship within two weeks of order placement, but of the things I’ve ordered, products have not shopped until the 14th day-literally!! Given their shipping fees, I find this ridiculous!!! My last order still has not arrived and I made the purchase a month ago!! We do live in the 21st century; for what possible reason should it take a month for someone to revive a product shipped within the US?? Today is November 6, and one thing I can promise is that there is no way I would even consider, at this point, ordering Christmas decor or gifts!!! It doesn’t matter how cute their stuff is!! They really need to arrive at a better shipping policy!!!”
“Great products online. Slow shipping and now I know why....they order in bulk and have to wait on manufacturer. The items are not "old world" as advertised. My item was an "old world dough bowl", which upon delivery (finally), was from My Mexico Imports. I could have went to Nogales and bought one for $10. I paid over $50 from Antique Farm House. Great mark up for them. Fix your advertising disclosure. FTC will get a report on this.”
