I understood when I placed the order for my canvas that it would be shipped in 15 business days and I ordered it during the holidays. Yes, 15 days is longer than I'm used to waiting, but when I made an inquiry I got a straightforward and honest answer from Jen, the customer service representative, about my shipment. When I received my canvas, it had an issue which Jen took care of promptly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from Antique Farmhouse again.
