I ordered a light for my entryway and when I received it, I noticed the finish was a bit different from what I could see in the photo on the site. I sent an email with a photo of the finish and asked if it was supposed to look that way, explaining that the one photo posted on the website didn’t show that much detail. Jennifer emailed me back and confirmed that the finish was correct and acknowledged that they are working on the website platform to include more photos. I didn’t request a refund, but she refunded $25 off the original purchase price. I appreciate the great customer service because many other businesses would have simply told me the finish on the item was correct and left it at that. Jennifer made sure the customer was also happy.
