I purchased a table lamp and needed to return it as it was a very different color than the picture on the website. Jennifer, the customer service person, responded quickly and so courteously. They allowed me to return the lamp. The return shipping was very expensive, so I asked if they would send a return shipping label and deduct it from my refund. Jennifer responded quickly and emailed a shipping label. I have purchased another lamp from this site which I really love. I will be ordering from this site again. The customer service was so exceptional!
