I purchased two lamps and both harps and finials were not in the box. I have reached out to customer service and Jennifer has quickly responded and has emailed that they are working to have these items sent to me quickly. Harps maybe not such a big deal but to match the missing finials would have been very difficult. At this moment I don’t have the replacements but the prompt and professional customer service puts one at ease and I believe that the company intends to correct this problem.
