My experience has been completely frustrating. I ordered and paid for a gift on November 3rd. I have been made aware of the shipping policy and if I had known I would never have placed an order with this company. I still do not have my order and tracking only shows shipping delayed. I’m sorry to say I will not be ordering from this company again.
