I stumbled across the website while looking for a distributor of a particular foyer chandelier I have been coveting for my house. While in the process of completing my order, there was an online price adjustment due to supply chain issues and increases on their end. I contacted customer service and asked if they would be willing to honor the former price, i.e., what it was when I began shopping and put it in my cart the day prior. They responded promptly and agreed to honor the original price. It was great customer service and they won my loyalty!
