I recently ordered an hourglass which I am totally pleased with. However there was an issue with the glass portion not fitting properly on the base. I sent Antiquefarmhouse an e-mail, and within minutes was told that they had received it, and that I would get a response. The next day, I received a message from Kim in customer service asking if I would like a refund or a replacement. I sent them a picture, and was told that a new one was being delivered.
I am very impressed with their service. I will definitely order from them again.
