I Purchased a light pendant that arrived broken. I emailed them and they answered me in one day and asked me to send a picture. I did that and even though it was a holiday weekend I had a reply that they were crediting my account because they did not have anymore in stock. I received a credit on my PayPal account that day. Excellent customer service and even though my item was unfortunately broken I will purchase from them in the future.
