I finally found a porch swing I loved (Diamond back white wash swing) and it was on their website, but sold out. I contacted them to see if they would get it back in stock and they told their buyer I had inquired about it. They were able to get it back in stock and they even gave me a courtesy email when they were back in stock. I was able to order the swing! When my swing arrived, the chains broke out of the box they were in and left grey/black marks on the swing. I contacted them explaining I was so happy that my swing arrived, but there were marks due to shipping and they refunded me some of the cost. I’m a satisfied customer and will be ordering more items. There’s very few companies that go above and beyond the way they did for me. Greatly appreciative for their customer service!
