I am deeply disappointed by Any Boat Company’s service, which affected my 30th birthday event. Despite paying a premium price, I received nothing close to what was promised. The wharf location was changed three times on me, the pick-up time and wharf location was altered without communication, leaving my group waiting at the wrong location and time. Additionally, no skipper details were provided, leaving me frantically calling the general help line 15 mins before planned pick up time to get details. The skipper details given to me were incorrect and I was rerouted to the right skipper. The boat’s broken trampoline only added to the disappointment. I feel utterly let down and urge management to address these serious issues immediately. I booked this type of event as a friend of mine had a similar celebration with another boat company (smart cruiser) which was run much more smoothly than my experience. I regret taking a chance on Anyboat, and should have gone with Smart Cruiser instead. Can not recommend this agency.
