Overall the NYE cruise was vey good, however a couple of suggestions for improvement:
* Boarding was chaotic with no organisation - numerous people shouting instruction (which due to multiple cruises was not heard by most folk) followed by others giving conflicting instructions
* Sample menu did not reflect actual menu
* Toilet situation was a fiasco - women being given buckets to do their "business"!!!
Ambience, music, cruise staff all excellent - shall definitely be on the "must do again" list.
