We had a very good night on NYE 2019/2020. We had more food and drink offered to us than we expected. We liked all the staff who were very generous and accommodating. The two things we didn't like was being too far away from the fire work shows and the welcoming entrance area which was not well organised and very dusty. No one seemed to be able to tell us which party boat to que up for and every body was anxous they would miss there departure time. There needs to be better signage in future guiding people which que to join etc. Other than that I would do it all again.
