Don't normally write reviews, but I still have yet to receive my order and disappointed that I had to dispute my order. I had a question, so I called the number on the website multiple times during business hours 3 days in a row...no answer. Sent a message through the chat...no response. Also sent a message through the contact email page...again no response. Checking the shop route to track my package and stuck in SD for a few days and not moving. Makes me wonder why it is stuck in SD if it is shipping from Hawaii. Now I'm suspicious!
