“I’m in love with the Aolani Hawaii ring. I purchased the silver band with turquoise inlay for my soon-to-be husband. He wanted something unique and fashionable. That’s exactly what I got with this handsome ring. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Customer service was the absolute best in correcting my current mailing address when I accidentally entered my old address. The ring arrived in a timely manner which I was hoping for. I’m also impressed with the ring box which I purchased at an additional cost. I give this company a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much!”

“Consider it a privilege that Aolani Hawaii received a 1.5 rating from me. The work quality of the ring I purchased is very undesirable. The email responses were horrible & I had the feeling it was AI & not a human responding. I purchased another ring from Pono Woodworks & would highly recommend Pono over Aolani.”

“I am highly disappointed with the customer service. I purchased the wrong size and asked to purchase the correct size. It was engraved so I knew the free even exchange would not happen. I asked for a discount to purchase the ring since I already bought two rings and this would be a third. The company only offered me a 10% discount. I requested a 20% but they only would give 15%. They would did not give me a promo code so I ended up paying full price to get the a ring in the right size. Also the response time is slow and they pick and choose when to reply. They also do not answer or return phone calls.”

“I ordered a bracelet for a Christmas gift and it's too small for her. They will nit exchange for larger size and I paid $200 for the item! Very bad customer service too...called and left message and no one returned my call or emailed me back from chat online!”

“These folks are amazing! I purchased a set of wedding bands for a Christmas present. They were out of stock on the man’s band and I told them it was fine to ship it after the first of the year. But they worked to get one to me in time for Christmas! I will definitely purchase from them again!!!!”
