“Despite having my ring size determined professionally, the ring is one size too big. I wanted it for my wedding finger but it fits my middle finger. The ring itself is beautiful.”

“I have yet to receive my rings, even though I paid extra for express shipping. I will be lucky to receive them in the amount of time quoted for the standard free shipping. I am wondering why I wasted my money for a service I am not getting the benefits from. So far 2 emails asking for me to review rings that I haven't seen. Not the kind of delay and hassle brides appreciate. I will update my review if/when I receive the rings. So far, 5 days past the expected date.”

“I made a purchase for my 30th anniversary for my husband. I was contacted soon after regarding my order. I made it clear I needed this by the 21st of july. I signed up for updates on my package and never received any. I got back in touch with Aoloni and was told they mailed it priority 3 day mail on the 15, provided no new tracking info on the item. As of yesterday the 21st the package has not arrived, the post office has no info on the tracking number provided only that a label was made. So I cant comment on the product but I feel in order to keep the sale, i was not given the correct information and thankfully we are not materialistic people but couldn't help feeling horrible that I had nothing to give to my husband.”

“I purchased a couple different rings. The quality didn’t seem to be what was pictured. Totally my fault for not reading the return policy-which isn’t a return policy at all because they won’t give refunds, only exchanges.”
