“My wife love her earrings but unfortunately those hurt especially one of her ears. Maybe the needles are a little bit too thick. So I think we’ll return them. Is there anyway she can get one pair with the needles a little thinner? If not we will need to return them. Thanks for your understanding.”

“The pendant and earrings set were beautiful and a welcome gift. However, the packaging needs improvement. They were packaged separately and not in a "gift" quality box. I had to spend time to find an appropriate box to display such a beautiful set.”

“I order two necklaces from your website. The pendants themselves are very beautiful but the chain was basically the chain you would find military personnel putting their dog tags on. In addition, the chain was longer than what the website stated. I was quite disappointed. Now I need to go out and shop for two chains dainty enough to go with the pendants.”

“The ring is beautiful and as advertised. The size is perfect. Good craftsmanship. The only issue was the response I got to an inquiry I made about the delivery of my ring. It was sent a few days after my order woth a tracking number. When the ring hadn't moved for 3 weeks from a stop, I emailed the company asking for an update. I get that it is the holiday season, but a s first time buyer, I wanted reassurance that it had been sent and was still coming. The first email I sent went unanswered. I waited 10 days for a response and then emailed again. This time I stated that I need to hear back from them or I was going to cancel my order. I promptly got a response and the sum of it was they are just a jewellery company, not a delivery company. I can tell you that was very reassuring. Needless to say I finally got the ring and I am happy. Overall the prodoct was great but a brush up on customer interaction might be needed.”

“Beautiful, solid and shiny. I was torn between the straight edge and cut out. I wish I had gotten the cut out as it would have fit with my setting better. No returns or exchanges. Be sure when you order.”

“The ring showed up sooner than expected...but great timing. Thank you. I hope this one last longer than the others we have purchased, from other companies. They keep splitting and breaking...my husband. This is the 3rd one in 1 1/2 years....”

“On order 7093 it clearly states size 6. It came a size 7! My first order came correctly size 6 for my wife. On the size 7 she absolutely loves it the engraving etc.. but said oh I can wear it when my hand swells up a bit! I personally am not happy. Please be careful I ordered a 6 and a 7 came.!”

“I ordered a ring and though I received the wrong one due to a simple area, I very much appreciate the prompt attention I received to correct the error and I am looking forward to receiving my replacement. It is my intention to order 2 more rings for my husband so that he has a selection. The fit was perfect and he loved the way it felt! I am very please with Aolani Hawaii!”

“I ordered the pineapple and turtle hand made Koa wood earrings they are light in weight and much bigger than I thought which is a plus. I am sure that my daughter will like the turtle earrings and I am keeping the pine apple ones for me. The only thing i wish is that the wood was polished so that they shined a little, but that does take away from their uniqueness and beauty.”
