The ring is beautiful and as advertised. The size is perfect. Good craftsmanship. The only issue was the response I got to an inquiry I made about the delivery of my ring. It was sent a few days after my order woth a tracking number. When the ring hadn't moved for 3 weeks from a stop, I emailed the company asking for an update. I get that it is the holiday season, but a s first time buyer, I wanted reassurance that it had been sent and was still coming. The first email I sent went unanswered. I waited 10 days for a response and then emailed again. This time I stated that I need to hear back from them or I was going to cancel my order. I promptly got a response and the sum of it was they are just a jewellery company, not a delivery company. I can tell you that was very reassuring. Needless to say I finally got the ring and I am happy. Overall the prodoct was great but a brush up on customer interaction might be needed.
