“I ordered a bracelet that did not fit my daughter and was not adjustable, so Aolani told me to return it to them for a refund. I have previously bought many rings and bracelets from this store over the years. Having not heard back in a month, by email, I contacted the store to ask if they had received the bracelet back. They replied stating that they had not. I attempted to check again a month later and received no reply. I then contacted them another month later and still no reply. Finally, I contacted them through messaging on the site and I got a very abrupt one line reply the next day that said they already told me they hadn't received it. That's it. One sentence. There was zero empathy, no apology for the lack of responses, nor any help offered. The response was rude and given I had been a regularly returning customer, I believe I deserved a more respectful and empathetic response at the very least. This shows me that they are only friendly when taking customer money and have no interest in customer service after the purchase is made. I will no longer be purchasing jewelry from them.”

“Thieves! Paid for a ring never received the ring, called customer service - never received a return phone call, emailed customer service - never received a response. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do business with a reputable retailer.”

“I would leave no stars if I could!!! I bought a Koa wood cross about ~a month ago . It broke in half . I emailed aolani and asked for a refund/replacement. They wrote back and said I was past a thirty day return window., even with the cross broke completely in half. Don't order from this company, the products are cheap and they don't even stand by them . But the most insulting is they profit off of christian ✝️ symbols but lack christian morals. Do yourself a favor and get a nice piece somewhere else . Also when I look at the broken piece I don't even think it is real wood. I'd include a picture if I could but this review won't allow. They don't deserve your patronage.”

“Don't normally write reviews, but I still have yet to receive my order and disappointed that I had to dispute my order. I had a question, so I called the number on the website multiple times during business hours 3 days in a row...no answer. Sent a message through the chat...no response. Also sent a message through the contact email page...again no response. Checking the shop route to track my package and stuck in SD for a few days and not moving. Makes me wonder why it is stuck in SD if it is shipping from Hawaii. Now I'm suspicious!”

“but you didn't. I also asked you to enclose cleaning instructions, but you didn't do that either! The ring you sent looks like 1 shell piece is missing (when I compare it to the picture on your website). I'm very disappointed. The ring is a special birthday gift for my sister. I wrote you a note on your website, I also called you and left a message, but no one has responded.”

“I had ordered a ring here for an engagement ring. Received a confirmation email and then an email saying it was delivered. However, the package was not found on my porch nor was it in the mail box. I waited 2 days to see if it would arrive and it never did. I sent an email about the missing ring and the company was no help and didn’t even bother offering a replacement ring for the $86 ring I bought. Now im out $86 and a ring for a planned engagement.”

“We ordered my (now) husband's band from this site. It came in quickly and was beautiful with a koa inlay. However, the supposedly scratch resistant and durable ceramic they day is perfect for an "athletic lifestyle" has fully cracked in half in less than a month of wear--he doesnt wear the ring to work or any type of actual physical activity. Yet, apparently wearing this ting to dinner and nights out if too much for the ring to handle. What's worse, we tried to contact the company from every possible outlet, only to never hear a reply. Don't waste your money!”

“My 1st wedding ring broke 2 weeks after I was married from "Clapping" at my daughters basketball game. Then was sent an additional ring for free that broke in another 2 weeks (while walking) in the exact same spot around the jewel inset. It was very poorly made. Im still looking for a quality Titanium/Koa wedding ring. My previous 2 rings were Tungstan (which I realise is somewhat brittle) I contacted Aolani, and was offered a 5% discount on a new one. I felt like that was a slap in the face. My wife and I are from Hawaii and wanted to keep showing our support financially to our home. No one has contacted us to make us feel appreciated”

“Recently made a purchase? It's been over a year. We have been through this yet you keep emailing me??? AOLANI HAWAII WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I HAVE EMAILS IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO READ THEM! P..L..E..A..S..E SHOP ELSEWHERE AND STOP EMAILING ME FOR REVIEWS ALREADY. P.S.
