I ordered a bracelet that did not fit my daughter and was not adjustable, so Aolani told me to return it to them for a refund. I have previously bought many rings and bracelets from this store over the years. Having not heard back in a month, by email, I contacted the store to ask if they had received the bracelet back. They replied stating that they had not. I attempted to check again a month later and received no reply. I then contacted them another month later and still no reply. Finally, I contacted them through messaging on the site and I got a very abrupt one line reply the next day that said they already told me they hadn't received it. That's it. One sentence. There was zero empathy, no apology for the lack of responses, nor any help offered. The response was rude and given I had been a regularly returning customer, I believe I deserved a more respectful and empathetic response at the very least. This shows me that they are only friendly when taking customer money and have no interest in customer service after the purchase is made. I will no longer be purchasing jewelry from them.
