“ring is poor craftsmanship…pretty to look at but there are metal edges in places with the inlay …imperfections that catch material, collect dirt, lotion..it’s like they didn’t epoxy it to seal it and make it smooth”

“My wife love her earrings but unfortunately those hurt especially one of her ears. Maybe the needles are a little bit too thick. So I think we’ll return them. Is there anyway she can get one pair with the needles a little thinner? If not we will need to return them. Thanks for your understanding.”

“I ordered a bracelet that did not fit my daughter and was not adjustable, so Aolani told me to return it to them for a refund. I have previously bought many rings and bracelets from this store over the years. Having not heard back in a month, by email, I contacted the store to ask if they had received the bracelet back. They replied stating that they had not. I attempted to check again a month later and received no reply. I then contacted them another month later and still no reply. Finally, I contacted them through messaging on the site and I got a very abrupt one line reply the next day that said they already told me they hadn't received it. That's it. One sentence. There was zero empathy, no apology for the lack of responses, nor any help offered. The response was rude and given I had been a regularly returning customer, I believe I deserved a more respectful and empathetic response at the very least. This shows me that they are only friendly when taking customer money and have no interest in customer service after the purchase is made. I will no longer be purchasing jewelry from them.”

“We spent time in your beautiful islands in 2023 and fell in love with the people, culture and stunning scenery. My husband purchased a lava rock bracelet when visiting Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park. He has worn it every day since then until recently when it went missing while we were vacationing elsewhere. He was heartbroken. I was able to purchase the same bracelet and gifted it to him for his birthday this year. Thank you Aolani Hawaii for your prompt service and shipping. I received my package less than 10 days after order. All the way to Ontario, Canada!”
