I was extremely nervous because I received mixed emails that my rings were not in stock and I would have to select something else. I received an email that my selection had shipped so it was very confusing. I ordered the rings for my wedding and paid for 2 day shipping. It took 10 days to receive my product. My rings showed up 2 hours before the wedding. Talk about last minute. Fortunately they were perfect to fit and beyond expectation. I was very pleased with my purchase. I would give a 5 for quality and a 1 for delivery experience.
