Wonderful customer service. Contacted me as soon as their was an issue, regardless how small, and had it resolved in hours. Beautiful product, exactly what I need to suprise my love. Definitely going to make our anniversary special. Shipped so quickly too! Engraving could be a bit more noticeable but not too concerned about that. Very, very satisfied with my purchase
