Poor quality products, poor communication, no returns or refunds or replacements. I purchased Awning and it has broken from the middle due to a bad design and the water accumulating in the middle. They offered me half of the part which I rejected. I am not sure what I am supposed to do with the half part. I will strongly advice to stay away from this company. Pay some more price but buy from a responsible company.
